  • Email address, mobile/phone number, postal address

  • DOT Number, MC Number, vehicle/truck type, equipment details, insurance details, bank/payment details (when required for payouts)

Transactional & usage data

  • Invoices, payment history, communications (email/WhatsApp), booking and POD (Proof of Delivery) documents

Technical & metadata

  • IP address, browser user agent, referral URL, cookies and analytics identifiers

Consent & audit data

  • Consent text, consent version, timestamp, and user agent captured at time of signup/submission

We do not intentionally collect special category (sensitive) personal data unless explicitly required and with additional consent.

  • Directly from you when you fill forms (website, Google Sheets, onboarding), sign agreements, or communicate (email/phone/WhatsApp).
