- Email address, mobile/phone number, postal address

- DOT Number, MC Number, vehicle/truck type, equipment details, insurance details, bank/payment details (when required for payouts)
Transactional & usage data
- Invoices, payment history, communications (email/WhatsApp), booking and POD (Proof of Delivery) documents
Technical & metadata
- IP address, browser user agent, referral URL, cookies and analytics identifiers
Consent & audit data
- Consent text, consent version, timestamp, and user agent captured at time of signup/submission
We do not intentionally collect special category (sensitive) personal data unless explicitly required and with additional consent.
